Publish Service Destinations Using the Services Registry

Hi,

I work with " Create a Process-Driven Composite Application with CE 7.2 - Introduction" document. Firstly i logoned to service registry .In order to consume services from the ES Workplace, i try to publish the service destinations to the Services Registry.I entered in wsdl field "http://sr2.esworkplace.sap.com/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/bndg_DF5300E043F279F18F0400145E5ADE89/wsdl11/allinone/ws_policy/document?sap-client=800" that is in the document.When i click next , i have an error =>

com.sap.esi.uddi.sr.api.exceptions.SRException Error Code: null Detail Message: Failed to read wsdl. Reason: Cannot connect to http://sr2.esworkplace.sap.com/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/bndg_DF5300E043F279F18F0400145E5ADE89/wsdl11/allinone/ws_policy/document?sap-client=800: Unable to connect to proxy:80 - proxy.
