BPM Process is failing to call the Web Service in multi node server

Hi Experts,

I have an BPM process(parent process) which will call an WS to start a child process. When this processes runs on Single node server, everything works fine,however, if I run them on Multiple node server, parent process will initiate the child process for some time and goes to suspended status.

From the Process history, I can see the below error.

Please provide inputs to resolve this. It's stopping a critical project phase.
